The Technological Research Center (T.R.C.) of Epirus and Ionian Islands is a self- governed Private Low Legal Entity (P.L.L.E.), it is administrated by the TRC’s director and the scientific council and is connected with High Technological Educational Institute of Epirus.
The foundation
The Technological Research Center (T.R.C.) of Epirus and Ionian Islands was founded on 2001 with the Presidential Decree 214 (PNG 167, v. A´) which was issued according to the low 1771/1988 and the low 1514/1985 «Development of scientific and technological research».

Control of Animals’ Productivity and Improvement, based in Arta.
The aim
The aim of T.R.C. of Epirus and Ionian Islands is to promote the technological research, to implement the scientific and technological findings for the resolution of particular problems of productive process that will result in the social and economic growth of the regions of Epirus and Ionian Islands, to improve the methods and the productive processes, with which the needs of these regions, and consequently the country’s needs are served, to develop applications and products, to provide scientific and consulting services and to support industrial and manufactural units.
